Campers will train in No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, and MMA Striking—no equipment needed, just a Strong Heart Shirt (available for purchase if needed). In between lessons, we’ll have time for lunch, snacks (not included), games, crafts, and video tournaments!

⏰ Half Day: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (same days)

Women’s Self Defense

Half Camp: M-F, June 2nd 9am - 1:00pm
Full Camp: M-F, June 9am - 4:30pm
Cost: Half Day - $250, Full Day - $350
