Professor Martin has a one hour program to work your entire body.  Not only will this get you in shape you will have a group of Women to do it with.

Get introduction to Self Defense

This will program is primarily designed around weight lose and improving self confidence.  There will be moves to prepare you for the MMA program if you wish to become a technical fighter.
