Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

BJJ is a martial art and combat sport that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting. It promotes the principle that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend themselves against a bigger, stronger assailant using leverage and proper technique. BJJ can be trained for self defense, sport, bjj tournaments (gi and no-gi) and mixed martial arts (MMA) competition
Adult Striking

This martial arts class is available to students 14 and up. It is a mix of martial arts, teaching the most effective moves of each style. We train in Muay Thai, kickboxing, Boxing and Karate. This is a great way to lose weight, learn self defense, and is a good workout. We welcome people of all skill levels, women and men.
